Who What Where?

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Who What Where? mobile app (the “App”) provided by Jessica Liu (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you use the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may play as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The App offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (“Pack Builder Unlock”) that unlocks premium character packs and unlimited custom character creation. This is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges.
You may upload images and create characters and packs (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the App (including showing it to other players in games you host or join, and to people you share a pack code with).
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the rights to any images you upload and that your User Content does not:
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users; you can report content by emailing support@whowhatwhereplay.com.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, access other users’ data without authorization, or use it to violate any law.
You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessica Liu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, via an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
